If you did not receive phone verification code by SMS while creating your account, there are several reasons for this. In most cases, the problem is due to a wrong phone number format. Other times, it could be due to bad internet connection. Please follow these steps to verify your phone number.


1. Open Goly in your browser. Sign in if you have been logged out


2. If you were not logged out, click on your name at the top right corner of the screen and go to 'Profile'. You will be asked to log in and then asked for your SMS code.


3. Make sure that your phone number is correct. Your phone number should be in this format: +2348123456789. If your phone number is wrong, then click on 'Typed wrong number? Change' and enter the correct number.


4. Click 'Didn't get SMS? Resend' (You should receive a new verification code).
